Mission

“To achieve this vision, we will:

  1. Provide continuous high-quality and effective education that produces graduates in the fields of Anthropology, Sociology, Political Science, Public Administration, International Relations, and Communication with competencies in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains.
  2. Conduct innovative basic and applied research in Anthropology, Sociology, Political Science, Public Administration, International Relations, and Communication.
  3. Engage in community service activities to apply competencies in Anthropology, Sociology, Political Science, Public Administration, International Relations, and Communication for the betterment of society.
  4. Develop our organization to enhance good faculty governance, enabling us to anticipate and accommodate changes in the strategic environment.”

Goals

“Our goals are to produce graduates in various disciplines of the Social Sciences who have a comprehensive understanding of society, culture, and politics, both in general and specific regions, with the following competencies:

  1. Proficiency in the fundamental knowledge of their respective fields of study.
  2. The ability to stay updated with the latest developments in their disciplines.
  3. Application of their discipline-specific knowledge in playing a role in development.
  4. Possessing dynamic social, cultural, and political values and insights.
  5. Willingness and capability to work effectively.
  6. Sensitivity and responsiveness to the issues faced by society.

We also aim to generate research that contributes to the development of the social sciences, focusing on issues related to development and socio-cultural-political change.
